What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and standard refreshments. Specific inclusions can differ by the type of service — for instance, sunset cruises come with exclusive beverages and snacks, while corporate charters provide meeting facilities and tailored catering.
How far in advance should I book?
It's advisable to reserve at minimum of 2–3 weeks before your intended date, more so during high season, which is from May to September. For business gatherings and individual celebrations, securing reservations 4–6 weeks earlier is best for more options and customization time.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our highest concern. In the event the captain considers the weather unsafe, we'll propose an alternate sailing date or offer a complete refund. Weather forecasts are monitored consistently, and should any concerns arise, we will inform you 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. We do provide superb catering options with custom menus according to your tastes. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are strictly prohibited on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to be as accommodating as possible. Our fleet includes yachts that are designed with better accessibility features. Contact our team to discuss accessibility requirements so we can advise on the most appropriate vessel and make the necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations occurring over 72 hours in advance of departure will be refunded in full. Those made between 24–72 hours in advance will be refunded at a rate of 50%. Cancellations less than 24 hours from departure will not be refunded, unless due to inclement weather or mechanical failures on our end.
